We are looking for young professionals seeking to start their career in the IT field. The position of a SAP Basis Graduate involves providing technical support for SAP, Databases and related servers of DXC outsourcing customers.

What will you do?

• Participate on daily operational tasks, changes and projects.
• Actively work on investigation of issues and incidents to restore functionality and stability of the environment, related applications, and services in a global IT.
• Follow company’s technical and process standards, leveraging automation tools and solutions.
• Cooperate also with other teams to improve and provide service to our customers in line with ITIL processes (Incident management, Change management, Problem management…).

What We Expect?
Our key requirements are: 

• Good English both in verbal and written form
• Basic IT knowledge (e.g. what is server, IP etc.)
• High school diploma or university degree
• Ability to work in a team and proactive self-education
• Willingness to work on shift if needed

These will be considered as an advantage:

• Additional Spoken Language (preferably German)
• User experience in Linux/Unix
• Any IT Technology Courses or Certificates
• Understanding of the ITIL and/or Agile methodology
• Knowledge of any DEV Language
