Backup and Platform Agent focuses on incident management of backup and operating systems. The main goal is to ensure Monitoring and troubleshooting of issues. Tickets handling from monitoring tools to have completed backups and working servers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Incident Management (backup / restore, platform)
• Operation management (backup / restore, platform)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
• Effective communication
• Attention to detail; fair interpersonal communication
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic Experience in Windows Server administration is advantage
• Basic Experience in HP-UX/UNIX/TRUE64/LINUX system administration is advantage
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
