Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position has responsibility from first contact with customer or potential client, creating new product or fine tuning an existing one, preparing a price offer, negotiating with client, till forecasting and preparing contract. For managing projects, there is necessary having a close contact with all company departments from marketing, through product management, production, logistic, quality up to finance department. As company exports 99% of its production, use of fluent spoken and written English is mandatory. The main responsibilities will be for clients from European market, from Telecom and Datacom industry.
Key responsibilities
As Sales & project engineer you will be required to:
• Making appointments with existing customers and potential clients
• Preparing price offers
• Cooperate with product management on new products’ designs
• To record sales activity into CRM software
• Discussing with customers forecasts, logistic plans, prices, payment terms, contracts
• Coordinate with quality department quality claims and notifications
• Cooperate on marketing activities such as new catalogues, product sheet specifications, webpages, presentations
• Preparing company for international fairs and participating at them
• Preparing lead, project and sales analyses
• Report to Sales manager on daily basis
