Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking candidates with a passion for Human Resources that can demonstrate knowledge and experience in human resources management. Candidates with exceptional decision-making skills, integrity, high levels of energy and enthusiasm, that can build relationships and develop talent and manage performance within the organization, will be considered for this unique opportunity.

The position is part-time (75%) - 4 days per week.

It is crucial in this position to have the disposition and eagerness to serve employees both professionally and personally if needed.

Handle recruiting and coordinate pre-screen interviews.
Responsible for coordination of new-hire paperwork, personnel file maintenance and audit ready completeness of all files.
Coordinates new hire and termination process for team members.
Ensure and monitor compliance with employment laws.
Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Coordination of monthly attendance registration.
Planning training and development – including onboarding for new hires.
Responsibility for Office management, managing 1 FTE.
Organizing company events.
