In the role of IT Asset Manager for Diebold Nixdorf, you will perform advanced operational and/or technical support functions to maintain and improve Diebold Nixdorf’s IT systems.

Position Overview
In the role of IT Asset Manager for Diebold Nixdorf, you will perform advanced operational and/or technical support functions to maintain and improve Diebold Nixdorf’s IT systems. The IT Administrator does provide remote desktop support for EMEA and manages the IT assets in that region.
This position is part of a global workplace operations team and daily collaboration with remote staff is required. This position has sometimes exposure to Diebold Nixdorf’s senior executive staff.

You are responsible for
• Collaborate with global IT associates and take the lead to resolve complex trending issues
• Interacting with Diebold Nixdorf associates at all levels within the organization
• Maintaining records and ensuring proper tracking and control of IT assets
• Researching, resolving, and responding to requests received via the Service Desk and other channels.
• Triaging incoming calls/emails and self-service tickets
• Reassigning, and working utilizing helpdesk tracking software
• Creating knowledge base solutions and providing assistance to Service Desk associates and other channels.
• Recording, communicating, and resolving technical and non-technical issues
• Mentoring, coaching and training other team member
• Provide support and resolve problems for customer satisfaction
• Interacting with leadership team
• Work in a high demand environment
• On exceptional cases it may be required to travel

• Minimum salary 1 600 EUR gross per month, depending on experience
• Annual bonus of 10% calculated on the basis of personal performance and company results
• 25 days of annual leave

• Supplementary pension insurance in the amount of 3% of the salary (after 6 months from the date of commencement)

• 27 EUR per month contribution to home office

Requirements for the employee

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Must be highly professional and well spoken
• Strong English skills
• Critical thinking is a must
• Self-starter that can research trending problems until resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Detailed knowledge of PC hardware and software installation and configuration
• PC skills in Windows OS, Networking, and Laptop technologies
• Good understanding of telephony

Preferred Qualifications
• Industry recognized certifications are desired
• Basic understanding of scripting and building software packages
• Basic understanding of active directory
• Basic understanding of SCCM and WMI
• Basic understanding of imaging and data backups
