Position Overview

An Assistant manager provide direct assistance and reporting to managers. This role may require overseeing day-to-day operations within an organization, providing direct feedback to staff.
Work from home possible.

You are responsible for

• Office management – ensuring smooth run of the office and management of daily office management duties such as:
o Taking care of visitors in the company
o Ordering in SAP application
o Creating and updating organizational charts
o Ordering office supplies and refreshment
o Managing SharePoint site
o Evidence of employees, documents etc.
o Communication with facility management
o Source Office Supplies
o Preparation of Events in collaboration with the Event Management Committee
o Managing necessary accesses
o Post Management
o Managing of internal recognition campaign
• Coordination/planning of meetings, calendars appointment, etc.
• Personal Assistant support to the Local Office Manager for Kosice Location and Global Vice President for Managed Services
o Coordination/planning of meetings, calendars appointment
o Participation on Leadership Meeting, preparing agenda and creating Meeting Minutes
o Organize Travel Arrangements
o Produce Reports, Presentations and Briefs
o Preparing of Internal and External communication announcement and preparation of internal Bulletin
o Cooperation with Local HR and Back Office
o Cooperation and support for Line Managers located in DN Kosice
• Communication with colleagues located in HQ in US, UK and Germany

Qualifications
• High school, university degree welcome
• Ability to communicate in English language (speak, read, write)- B2 level
• 1-2 years of previous experience with assistance in international corporations welcome
• Advanced MS Office & MS Sharepoint knowledge (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Outstanding organizational skills, logical thinking and flexibility
• Great Time Management Skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Precise, responsible, accountable, self-reliant and detail oriented individual
• Friendly and communicative nature


Minimum salary from 1100EURO
