Job description, responsibilities and duties

The international company Diebold Nixdorf – the name for innovative IT solutions. You know our customers from the high street. They are top brands in the banking and entire retail industry, e.g. in food, fashion, fuel and furniture. We operate internationally, providing high performance hardware and software, consulting, and global services in more than 130 countries, with approximately 25000 employees and we are looking for HR Generalist to join our friendly team.

With us, you can:
• Take care of HR agenda for a team of 100 people
• Cooperate closely with managers and support them in HR related topics
• Recruit new colleagues
• Ensure daily HR business in Bratislava office
• Realize HR processes related to start, termination and transfer of employees
• Prepare basic inputs for payroll and communicate with our external payroll provider
• Administrate labor-law documents
• Improve the HR processes and develop them
• Build a friendly atmosphere and relationships
• Be part of employer branding activities
• Manage internal HR systems, update them and provide regular reports
• Cooperate with local and global HR team
• Solve ad hoc HR request
• Become a member of an international company but feel like in a bunch of friends

What will you use?
• Previous experience in HR and labor-law area
• Openminded approach, interest in employee´s satisfaction and development

• Proficiency in Slovak and fluent English
• Ability to work with confidential information and work independently
• Reliability, responsibility, flexibility, willingness to learn new things
• Ability to build excellent working relationships and become partner to managers and employees

University education (Bachelor's degree)
