about the position

• Demand and supply reporting and steering for all travel expense related production sites
• Implementation of service Price and charging models
• Alignment with international customers on process transitions into central production site
• Implementation and analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities in the Travel expense area
• Interface to Accounting and Tax
• Evaluation and realisation of process improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality
• Implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Implementation of workflows
• Project related activities to assure continuous improvement of international travel expense processes and implementation of digitization and innovation measures
• Regular communication of project status with the heads of departments


The salary for this position is from 1700 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
