PTP First Level Agent Senior

The Service Line Procure-To-Pay (PTP) is in charge for the implementation and optimization of the end-to-end process chain of operations, the Competence Center PTP (PTP-CCE) is responsible for the entire Procure-To-Pay support (first level) including the initiation and support of process improvements in close collaboration with other departments.

about the position

Your tasks will be:
• Processing of written and spoken form of requests
• All activities in connection with workload management
• Open-item accounting
• Newcomers support
• Incident and problem management
• Analysis and formatting of relevant data from SAP
• Support P2P Team Coordinator and Team leader in identifying and managing process
improvement measures
• Strong cooperation with national and German First and Second Level Support
• Support of process harmonization executed by Process Management
• Cooperation within group-wide projects

The salary for this position is from 1600 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
