International Internal Controls Manager

Takes over responsibility for assessment and design of ICS Controls and Processes in the Group for international companies and supports international entities in managing the whole ICS process and methodology.
As Internal Controls Manager (ICM) for the shared service organization manages the overall ICS cycle.

Information
about the position

• Supports the overall Internal control system (ICS) process and methodology for Deutsche Telekom international companies and/or shared service organization
• Closely cooperates with the local ICS Management in the international entities in managing the whole ICS process
• Provide reporting and monitoring to customers and to the Group according to the planned milestones
• Evaluate control issues with local ICS management and report them to the Group and auditors, monitor remediation plan implementation
• Supports standardization, automation and establishment of effectiveness of ICS in the Group
• Develops and implements changes to the common control framework or methodology defined within ICS for international entities
• Support group ICS team in managing the ICS cycle (e.g. scoping process, assessment planning, ICS certificate)
• Communication with ICS community as well as internal and external auditors
• As Internal controls manager supports owners in developing and implements controls in the shared services functions
• Responsible to manage the ICS cycle in the shared service organization
• Coordinates audits in the internal control systems framework of the shared service center, i.e. with local and international auditors and the internal audit department
• Coordinates with other work steams and parallel projects (Integration of Functions and Cross-Functions)
• Identifies process risks and issues and triggers solution or escalation in all areas of the program to rollout management and project/line lead

The salary for this position is from 1900 gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
