about the position

As member of the international process management team of DTSE Slovakia you are responsible for leading the assigned team and leading different support and digitalization initiatives in the procure-to-pay area. In this regard, you will face the following interesting tasks and challenges.

• Leadership of an assigned team of process managers
• Creates clear structure, interfaces and responsibilities within the team and ensures efficient communication within the team and outside
• Coaches and ensures continuous personal development of team members
• Maintains team motivation

• Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities for the support processes and digitalization in the Procure-To-Pay area
• Active participation and contribution in customer workshops and collection of design requirements for new digitalization opportunities
• Evaluation and realisation of selected digitalization tools to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality
• Propose process changes to enable deployment of digital solutions
• Presentation of designed solutions to wide range of stakeholders

The salary for this position is from 2 000 EUR gross.The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

• Experience in the design and implementation of technical system improvements
• Previous experience in consulting and / or in the finance area of an industrial company is beneficial
• Knowledge of current project management methodologies
