about the position

We are looking for new colleagues to join our PTP (Procure to Pay) team on the position of Process Manager International of ,DTSE Slovakia you are responsible for the implementation and management of cross-border procure-to-pay projects.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Support of the Procure-To-Pay Global Process Owner for process optimizations in the PTP area
• Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities in the PTP area
• Evaluation and realisation of process and IT improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality in the PTP area
• Leading of medium and complex projects in the PTP area
• Development of concepts as basis for the realisation of IT improvements

The salary for this position is from 1 600 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Personality requirements and skills

• Practical experience in the design and implementation of process improvements
• Ideally experience with shared services
• Experience as project leader or project manager; experience in international projects is beneficial
• Previous experience in consultancy and / or in the finance area of an industrial company is beneficial - an audit background is also appreciated
• Knowledge of current project management methodologies
