about the position

Quality management and improvement of IT processes and Infrastructure within DTSE and towards NatCos. Preparation and control of optimization measures related to internal processes, reporting and quality of IT within DTSE.

• Identifies and solves potential gaps, deviations in processes and reports the findings to relevant parties according to Continuous Service Improvement standards in order to achieve time, cost efficiency for company and quality of IT services. Implements corrective actions based on management decision.
• Promotes information and knowledge flow of internal processes within DTSE and to all relevant parties to raise awareness and process execution.
• Accountable for the implementation of the “operational” processes according to ITIL
• Involved in service-related escalations which can be restored to “standard process” (the existing process does not need to be changed)
• Plans, controls and is responsible for the provision of the service (or part of the service) assigned to him within/in the required time / quality / cost.
• Advises and supports the respective stakeholders with respect to commissioning and cost optimizing.
• Plans and develops efficiency-increasing measures (in coordination with the respective stakeholders) and is responsible for their implementation.
• Regularly communicates with the respective stakeholders with respect to service, quality and costs.
• Responsible for the completeness, quality and maintenance of data in the asset and configuration management of the service (or part of the service)
• Reports to service lines and management on quality of IT Services and their improvement
• Implement IT standardization of the business to align with global company.
• Develop local roadmaps and execute transformation to contribute to the DTSE wide standardization targets
• Harmonize and standardize IT-business applications and infrastructure, play active role in management of rollouts

The salary for this position is from 1600 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
