Reports to: HR ManagerPurpose of the job:
Responsibility for whole recruiting process based on the business need and demand in order to provide recruitment services according to set KPIs and in standard time and quality.
Job content:
• Screening resumes, publishing job advertisements on the internal and external job portals
• Testing language skills, organizing, participating on interviews and providing feedbacks
• Providing reports and communication for respective business unit
• Communication with personal agencies
• Following legislative changes in the HR area
• Participation on various job fairs and HR events
• Participation on different projects
• Other tasks upon superior´s request
The salary for this position is from 1150 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
