Job description, responsibilities and duties

OIF is responsible for the timely processing of all incoming invoices in the standard One.Finance
process. In addition, we are responsible for all PTP processes that can not be processed in One.Finance, as well as for payroll-related issues and processes in the intercompany process.

The leader of the group DTSE SK OIF International is responsible for the disciplinary leadership of the group SK OIF Int. within the department OIF. In this context, you expect the following tasks:
• Responsible for the disciplinary management of the subordinate teams and employees and the procurement and provision of operational staffing requirements
• Close coordination and cooperation with the responsible managers IMS, ISM and OIF
• Implementation of requirements for structures, interfaces and responsibilities within the subordinate teams and ensuring information and communication within the group
• Participation in the identification and implementation of quality assurance tools
• Drive forward structured human resources development, ensure continuous knowledge building with the respective responsible group and team leaders and promote team spirit
• Ensuring optimal operation (including quality and on-time monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for all relevant companies / systems) taking into account the specified OIF objectives
• Support in the development of sub-strategies for building international networks and global (virtual) team structures
• Process and interface design in cooperation with the respective group leaders IMS and ISM, the management OIF and the PTP process management
• Ensuring and complying with the relevant guidelines and compliance requirements
• Identify process weaknesses and optimization potentials together with the responsible persons in charge and derive the need for action
• Ensuring the implementation of national and international assessment rules in systems and processes
• Participation in the further development of workflow-driven invoice processing to further create automation, standardization and digitization in the process chain of invoice processing
• Project management in comprehensive, complex national and international projects

The salary for this position is from 2300 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
