about the position
The team Process Guidance & Documents (PGD) is responsible for Process modeling services within the DTSE.Further PGD provides methodology and consulting around business process documentation and process databases working together via interfaces with different task management systems e.g. PEGA, Remedy.
Main process landscapes and databases are:
• HR processes “HR Navigator”
• HR product database
• Financial processes
• Project related process landscape e.g. PEGA The new task management systems for HR services
• Financial processes e.g. accounting and billing
Purpose of the job:
• ARIS process modeling including data update for current and coming process databases
• Quality assurance with the processowners and the business
• Support of process related projects
The salary for this position is from 1500 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Experience:
• You are very experienced in process modeling. Best with the software ARIS or alternative process modeling tools
• You have knowledge or/and experiences with process quality assurance
• You are familiar with business process management
• You quickly grasp new fields of activity and implement innovations
• Own initiative, high reliability and a solution-oriented working method complete your profile
• Process logic orientated thinking and acting is your passion
• Training certificates business process management; best: Aris certificates
• Knowledge of English language at least B2, knowledge og German (at least B1+) AND willingness to IMPROVE German short term
