about the position

At this position you will serve as responsible person for control of delivered services and contracts.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Provides coordination with other departments in placing a new employee, relocation, change of seating plan. (Employee moves and furniture/space changes).
• Communication with suppliers, order Facility Supplies and Services.
• Control that agreed work by suppliers has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.
• Collect and plans department tasks for Facility maintenance and control effective solving tasks.
• Regular inspection of all electrical, mechanical and other equipment of a facility and reporting all defects and damages to the Facility managers.
• Control Schedule of buildings maintenance, prepares regular reports and analysis, and participates in special department projects.
• Contribution and support to internal /customer audits
• Prepares all necessary requests for quotation and tenders, close cooperation with procurement
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Preparation of internal guidelines and standards
• Storage management – Facility and IT
• Participation and execution of various task arises from various committee (damage, decommissioning..)
• Perform activities to fulfill KPI`s
• Provides all necessary activities toward to Asset management for facility and IT asset

The salary for this position is from 1000 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Client service oriented and brings know-how in client care
• Has a positive, solutions driven attitude and brings added value to the team
• Experience in creation and maintenance of facility policies, guidelines, documentation
• Experience in optimizing processes
• Good MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
