about the position

The Group leader will be responsible for steering and further development of the Customer Finance team.

Job content:
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of 40+ employees
• Lead, organize and coordinate the end-to-end operations of the assigned department
• Main point of contact for day to day business matters for all international customers
• Drive the transformation and digitalization of Customer Finance
• Implementation and further development of the EU Transition Project
• Implementation and further development of Front-End Assistant/Robotics
• Implementation of the Nearshore strategy
• Develop and build internal customer relationships (national/international)
• Take responsibility for understanding client requirements
• Operationally manage daily business and critical situations across department and solve escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients

What we expect
from the candidate

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Business Technology or comparable education

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Elementary (A2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
SAP - Advanced

Required experience

• Management experience or experience in managing large projects
• Several years of corporate experience across different departments and segments
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills, strong ability to work as part of a team, negotiation skills and decision-making skills
• Build working and management relationships based on trust
• Good understanding of costs
• A high degree of personal integrity and exemplary behavior in line with the Guiding Principles/Code of Conduct
• The ability and commitment to recognize/foster high-potential employees
• Extensive knowledge of processes and procedures in Accounting, especially in Accounts Receivable
• Structured, accurate and independent work approach
