Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Performance Indicators / Key responsibilities and deliverables (e.g. budget, revenue, EBITDA, etc.):
  • Responsible for the design, implementation and daily operations of the mechanism and process that steers and supports the delivery of Pan-Net’s E2E telecommunication services to be delivered in a centralized, cloudified environment and underlying Infrastructure technologies
  • Responsible for decision management for the development and delivery of Pan-Net’s E2E services and underlying Infrastructure technologies
  • Responsible for supporting projects implementing planned services and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with Group guidelines and requirements (e.g. security, privacy, public safety, finance, architecture, etc.)
  •  Detailed job description, responsibilities:Provide guidance, oversight and quality assurance regarding the steering mechanism/process and projects implementing planned services and technologies
  • Liaise with project and program leaders to ensure the correct process is followed
  • Coordinate stakeholders within DT to ensure optimal alignment among them through strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Support projects in understanding and complying with requirements of the mechanism/process, thereby enabling a smooth and successful handover to live service
  • Support transition of projects into live service, ensuring minimal disruption to production, IT services and customers
  • Work with various stakeholder groups to assess, define and develop continuous improvement initiatives that will enhance the overall delivery capability within the organization
  • Assume a leadership role in educating the business and technical community on steering mechanism/process
  • Facilitate the preparation and alignment of decisons and orchestrate the decision making process with all decision makers
  • Responsible for quality control, completeness check and reporting
  • Supports general coordination and management of stakeholders, strategic initiatives and other important activities

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education:
Master/University degree in IT, telecommunications, business management or other related fields

Professional knowledge, skills, know-kow in the field & experience in the field:
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in an international environment; experienced person in project and process management
  • Experience of working in complex, large scale, technology environments
  • Experience in telecommunications is an advantage
  • Experience in consulting companies is an advantage
  • Expertise in preparing managerial presentations
  • Knowledge about agile working methods
  •  Language skills:English language - fluent Interpersonal, communication skills:Excellent communication skills - written, verbal
  • Ability to communicate with multifunctional stakeholders at all organisational levels, including top management
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination skills
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Easily adapt to a dynamic environment (business, people, technology, culture, processes)
  • Experience of engaging and building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Flexible and able to prioritise in a fast moving and pressured environment
  • Strong analysis capability and ability to drive service definition, introduction and improvement
