From 1 120 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1120 EUR/brutto.
What will you do?
Realize change (i.e. organizational, infrastructural and/or application, in- and outsourcing, bids) and manage all relevant knowledge areas, in line with PM book and PMI methodology / bid process and contribute to the formulation of the business case and establish a project planning, in a way that is compliant with customer (internal or external) requirements and leads to realization of projects (category C) in time, budget and in line with quality standards.Data Driven Sales overall aims to maximize TSI’s competitiveness & profitability by a sales approach in which all sales decisions are driven by data insights & proactive recommendations.

As Project Manager/Business Analyst, you focus on the following tasks:
- Translate the stream vision into concrete deliverables/services, and orchestrate their prioritization and roadmap
- Understand and orchestrate Data Driven Sales needs into feasible solutions
- Create user stories for services to be launched, including target group, suggested solution, and business value behind
- Collaborate with the tool owners to get the user stories implemented
- Drive user centricity and adoption by getting feedback from users and executing user enablement & info sessions
- Support negotiations with Group Security and Workers council by presenting services to be launched in front of different councils (in German and English)
- Secure project/service results and handover to systems operations
- Co-operate with (senior) management, tribe heads and chapter heads in coaching, evaluating, developing and growing project team members, fostering an open and value-based feedback culture
- Knowledge management to secure best-practice cases and their re-usability
- Change management (e.g. structures, processes, tools)
You will succeed if you:
Skill requirements- You are inquisitive, tech-savvy, analytical, data-driven and enjoy working in a dynamic environment in agile ways
- You work in a focused manner, have strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
- You are familiar with DT’s analytics/ CRM tools such as OSR/ TSI-Force or are willing to learn it
- You have experience in the sales area and are familiar with T-Systems sales process.
- You are enthusiastic about Data Driven Sales topics and can convince others (e.g. sellers, workers’ council, management) about their value; this includes presenting in front of larger groups (e.g. enablement sessions) or management levels
- You have very good German and English language skills and are comfortable to present in both languages in training sessions or in front of the workers’ council
- You understand concepts and principles of agile methods and are able to apply these in a suitable agile approach to the process, taking agile values into account such as open mindset and attitude, courage, respect, feedback culture and simplicity and Chapter / Tribe organisational structures
- You have effective project management skills (PMI, Scrum, etc.), strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, coordinate, monitor and control projects, ensuring efficient utilisation of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives, including practices, approaches and tools for the scoping of a project in accordance with the requirements of the customer
