Job description, responsibilities and duties

What are the main responsibilities of the role?

- Building and maintaining an effective relationships with DSC managers and external customers
- Deploy initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at all levels
- Provide HR input to new business and renewals and develop HR plan for implementation 
- Drive the ER agenda and lead / support relationships and key processes with social partners
- Manage impact of organizational change projects aligned to the business strategy e.g. site openings / closures, restructures etc.
- Deploy DSC & local HR strategy
- Ensure delivery of annual performance and salary review process for the area in scope, aligned to group-wide processes and timelines
- Through data & trends analysis, identify HR solutions to add value to the local business and customer agenda
- Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organization design, forecasting resourcing needs and identifying future talent requirements
- Act as a coach to managers to increase management capability and compliance with policies

What are the requirements for the role?

- Strong understanding of the Supply Chain business and knowledge of operations
- Business understanding, strategic thinking as well as stakeholder management skills in order to build networks and remove barriers
- Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, Comp&Ben, ER/IR etc.
- Experience within an international organization
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Goal-oriented, structured, high sense of responsibility and self-initiative
- Strong dedication and motivation to work in a dynamic environment
- High level of flexibility and performance orientation as well as enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
