On your role you will be:
• Supporting recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, from verbal brief, candidate sourcing and assessment, compiling shortlist, to verbal offer and feedback,
• Identifying suitable candidate pools and sourcing channels, advertising,
• Providing recruitment and selection advice to recruiting managers inline with the resourcing strategy,
• Providing support for additional recruitment activity e.g. recruitment fairs and open days, and other resourcing events as appropriate either in a physical presence to run the day or consultative guidance.
