Junior Legal Associate
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Junior Associate for our Legal Team with strong ownership of tasks and a willingness and ability to learn. We offer excellent opportunities for professional and personal development, interesting work in dynamic environment, and career support.

• University degree - Slovak Faculty of Law (the position is suitable for recent university graduates);
• Previous experience in a legal area (e.g. in a law firm) is an advantage;

What your future role will be:
Key Responsibilities:
• Analysing legal - client issues focused on commercial law, labour law, financial law, civil law, corporate law;
• Preparation of legal statements;
• Technical research and analyses;
• Commenting on and assessing legal documents;
• Contractual agenda;
• Due diligence;
• Preparation of submissions to court, dispute agenda;
• Contact with state authorities and courts;
• Cooperation with tax consultants and colleagues from other service lines;
• Ability to undertake responsibility for entrusted tasks.
