Senior Associate - Transaction Services

We are looking for a new colleague for our Transaction Advisory Department with a proactive approach to work and the willingness to learn. Your job will be:
• Execution of due diligence engagement projects;
• Day-to-day transaction services projects in a local and international professional environment, including interface with clients, cooperation with other advisors, and interaction with other key stakeholders;
• Evaluation of key risks at the target;
• Evaluation of asset quality and reliability and quality of projections;
• Participation in issues likely to affect the sale & purchase agreement; and
• Assistance with delivery of a high-quality client service in accordance with the highest international standards of professional excellence.

Requirements:
• University degree;
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in audit;
• Study in progress for an internationally-recognised professional qualification, ie ACCA or CFA – an advantage;
• Passion for financial advisory, strong work commitment and flexibility in a challenging professional environment;
• Solid problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, initiative and business awareness;
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work on multiple assignments;
• Ability to develop relationships with colleagues and clients;
• Well-developed communication skills
• Fluent Slovak and English; and
• Willingness to learn and develop a career.
