What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Merchandising Advisor, you will define and execute a technical plan to support assigned product lines, utilizing market analysis to craft assortment and pricing strategy. You will drive the top and bottom line, optimizing all aspects of the portfolio P&L by delivering smart assortment, creating continual channel improvements and delivering the best customer experience.


You will:

  • Own Server portfolio across EMEA region with strong focus on run rate business across all routes to market (Direct, Distribution, Channel) and Sales Segments. Create a quarterly merchandising plan defining KPIs (revenue-units-margin, distribution inventory, sell in, sell out metrics) and key focus areas and actions.

  • Based on comprehensive market analysis, create and maintain top selling product portfolio (flexible Smart Value line up) for SMB customers (typical personas / use case scenarios), create and maintain top selling configurations for Distribution SNS (fixed configurations) and enablement on SPL across all EMEA countries

  • Apply a thoughtful combination of marketing levers (price, positioning, and promotion) to generate demand (door openers) and provide closing tool for sales.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regional Marketing, Merchandisers, Field Marketing Managers, Finance, EMEA Pricing and Distribution / Channel sales teams) to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives

  • Ensure smooth and zero mistake configurations and pricing. Regular reporting of portfolio performance with proactive actions to close potential gaps.

Essential Requirements
• 5 years of related experience as a technology merchandising specialist
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• An innovative and creative spirit, to enjoy the considerable diversity of the role
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maximize relationships, positively influencing all colleagues and partners

Desirable Requirements
• Previous IT industry experience within Product Marketing or Category Management

Salary starting from: 2 700 EUR gross/monthly
