Product Management Senior Advisor

Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

What you’ll achieve
As a Product Management Senior Advisor, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging product/service opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business. We are looking for individuals who has the ability to thrive in ambiguity and define the path forward, constantly raise the bar for excellence, innately curious and passionate to solve problems and is obsessed with customer success and inspire their teams to go above and beyond.
You will:

  • Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle

  • Support business case for improvements or new products

  • Capture and manage requirements and provide a simple interpretation

  • Drive preparation for external and internal product events

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant Product Management or Business Analysis experience involving products using Big Data, with excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Hands on experience using Pivotal/Agile methodologies for Product Management. Good knowledge of Big Data technologies with at least 5 years of technical hands on data engineering experience or data warehousing experience.

  • Knowledge on data platforms like Teradata, Greenplum, Cloud Platforms, Hadoop; data engineering tech stack including combination of Informatica, Streamsets, Kafka, Spark, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, MemSQL etc.

  • Track record of leading complex, large scale data projects and data products

  • Strong leadership skills for driving and collaborating cross functional groups

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably computer science)

  • Experience in handling Data Security and Governance. Prior experience in delivering full stack Applications, APIs

Salary starting from: 3 150 EUR gross per month
