Our Material Planning team provides a controlled flow of materials to meet production requirements. We produce detailed schedules, adapting them if necessary to meet backlogs or material shortages, as well as material requirement lists and production plans that balance the demand and supply position of platforms and commodities to optimize product availability and cost. We’re experts at resolving problems with inventory, production schedules or material shortages and recommending procedures to avoid future problems.

What you’ll achieve

The role of Performance Management Senior Analyst is enabling the supply chain to take customer impacting decisions based on analytics insights. Identifies the data and analytical approaches to accurately measure supply chain effectiveness. Engages in performance and program management for projects across all regions to position supply chain as a sales enabler. Operates in a dynamic business management system and analyses supply chain performance opportunities and scale solutions globally.

You will:

• Performance management of supply chain metrics

• Identify data to analyze supply chain performance risks and opportunities

• Create data models drive business insights; develop operations planning programs and problem solving

• Application of analytical models to anticipate and prevent future challenges

• Develop strong stakeholder network within Dell to expand the interlock with other customer commitments

Essential Requirements

• Ability to solve problems in structured way

• Essentials of data visualization and analytics; basics of database management

• End-to-end thinking skills

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Flexibility / adaptability to a changing environment

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor degree (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Finance or applicable field)

• Intermediate scripting and visualization experience preferred: Python, R, Javascript, Ruby, SQL, & procedural SQL, Teradata, Tableau or PowerBI

Salary starting from: 1360 EUR gross monthly
