Media Manager and Planning Senior Advisor: Germany Small Business

Join us as a Media Manager on our Marketing team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
Identifies and develops Germany Small Business Media opportunities. Drives strategic initiatives, supporting regional tactical needs, and guiding the business on budget, media, planning, and customer experience best practices. Grows Dell’s business in the Germany to achieve revenue and brand goals. Manages relationship with Mediacom agency to enhance and grow Dell brand in DE.
You will:
Manage efficiently multi-million dollar opex budget to drive to in quarter Revenue, Unit, and Margin Goals in addition to branding objectives.
Own primary relationship with third party dedicated agency team.
Provide leadership and strategic direction around German marketing objectives to the agency.
Be responsible for managing agency staffing and team development.
Identify and negotiate media partnerships with third party vendors aligned to key strategic initiatives.

Essential Requirements
Fluent in English and German language
Excellent understanding of relevant market dynamics and technology.
Excellent understanding of agency/client relationship and management (min 2 years of proven experience)
Excellent understanding of media vehicle planning and execution
Knowledge of Dell’s business model, customer base and segmentation strategy; Negotiation skills, including cross-functional negotiation experience.
Salary starting from: 2 700 EUR gross monthly
