Finance Business Partner (Sales Ops) – Deployment Services

  • Define and own the Forecast process for the regional P&L; provide management with a robust and transparent forecast and provides advice on risks and upsides.
  • Keeps the business on track with the forecast and plan, flag where corrective action is needed and works with management to maximize the performance of the organization
  • Responsible for ensuring that the forecasts and actuals are properly recorded, and are in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Analyzes variances in Revenue between the project accounting system and the forecast and works closely with the PDM’s, PM’s, GRA & Revenue Operations to ensure revenue is properly reflected in the accounting system.
  • Responsible to ensure the system reflects the appropriate Booking, Revenue & Costs during the close process
  • Responsible for monitoring Unbilled Revenue and AR; both Aged & Total, and work with the PM community to ensure invoices are being triggered in a timely manner
  • Work with the Cost Analyst for monthly cost accruals and forecasting of all cost elements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Corporate practice, Geographic policies and procedures as well as establishing necessary internal controls and procedures so as to protect the company’s assets.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • Qualified Finance Analyst with 5+ years experience.
  • Proven track record in business partnering from a Finance / Ops perspective, including Revenue Recognition Experience.
  • Drive for execution and results, with ability to manage a team in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of a Services business; the Operational KPI’s, the Project Lifecycle and Project P&L.
