We started as a centre of sales and customer support and transfer into a business centre supporting the whole EMEA region and the main financial hub of Dell, globally. We offer a broad palette of positions in IT, finance, sales, marketing, data science, technical support and business process support.

It’s hard to put a price on driving human progress, but when you’re operating in a competitive business environment, you need innovative pricing strategies. Our Pricing team within Sales Operations is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating these strategies. We conduct research and competitive pricing analysis and monitor the ongoing business environment to ensure Dell maintains a competitive market position.

Key Responsibilities
•Manage the relief offers from Brocade to Dell Sales teams, supporting all GEO’s
•Database entry, maintenance and reconciliation with Finance and Brocade on claims, work with Brocade field Sales as it relates to relief offers for Dell
•Provide direction to Finance and Sales Operations when deal adjustment is warranted to support Connectrix sales
•Interact with Dell field sales personnel to provide direction and assistance for quoting Connectrix SAN products and develop the ability to position Connectrix solutions against competitive offerings
•Work-Cross-functionally within Dell with Product management to manufacturing to Sales

Essential Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
•Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on multiple deals simultaneously
•Strong communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of management
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•MS Word, Excel and Access experience
