We’re a team supporting tools for calculating Sales Compensation (SCP) globally. This is the opportunity to work in an interesting international environment. We’re experts in sales compensation and we’re looking for candidates who are eager to learn and be members of a first class team providing service for our internal customer – Dell sales makers.



As a COINS Support Advisor your typical day may include the following

Look for solutions for compensation related inquiries from our sales makers and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Partner with finance analysts to discuss Compensation plans and policies and assess impact and cooperate with BI experts on systems related issues and solution implementation.

Perform system adjustments in order to respond to market changes and implement company strategy.

Actively participate on projects related to system automation and drive system standardization and centralization on global level

Provide technical guidance for team members

Essential requirements:

•5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
•Knowledge of SCP processes
•Strong technical and analytical thinking
•Focus on keeping deadlines, structure and compliance
•Attention to details
•Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
•Knowledge of reporting and databases is an advantage
