Small Business Sales Representative - Switzerland (with German)

Whether new or regular customers we support them in choosing the right hardware, software and service solutions. Inside Sales is a fast growing and constantly developing department. • Responsible for achieving short and long term set targets – Revenue, Margin, Units, RLOB and Solution mix
• Responsible for hitting monthly/ quarterly set KPIs
• Serves customers through all vehicles (if present) – Outbound, Inbound and chat
• Works closely with virtual team – Large Opportunity Representatives, Technical Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Managers to deliver right solution for Small Business customers
• Effectively and in timely manner drives lead gen process, account plays and marketing sales/marketing ready leads
• Continuously invests into own Self-development (technical trainings, soft skills)
