What you’ll achieve

During the 3 year duration of this rotation program, you will get to spend 1 year  in 3 of the following areas: Product Line Management (Systems), Product Line Management (Client Peripherals) , Pricing, Merchandising, E-commerce and Product Planning. Once the 3-year program completes, you will move to a dedicated position within the Product Marketing team utilising the rich experience that you have gained during the first 3 years.

This role gives you a unique opportunity to experience many of the 4 P's of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion & Place) in a dynamic technology marketing environment.

• Planning: develop marketing plans and activities for specific products and segments to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena
• Product Line Management: be responsible for solutions and technology marketing activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share
• Pricing: develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met
• Merchandising: drive the vision and strategy of assigned product line(s) and manage the product throughout its lifecycle
• E-Commerce: develop and implement online ordering solutions to improve customer satisfaction, grow our business and improve sales productivity

Essential Requirements 

• Graduating in 2020/2021 with a Marketing, Economics, Business, BIS & Technology background
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and strong change management skills
• Must be organized and able to prioritise and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Desirable Requirements 

• Strong ability to engage with people at all different levels of the organization
• Drive for Results

Salary starting from: 1 200 EUR gross monthly
