Job description, responsibilities and duties
Are you experienced Quality engineer, able to communicate with customers and suppliers in English and motivated to take manager position ? If so, here is the opportunity, please apply and grow with us.
Main responsibilities:
- To explain, notice and diffuse QSE policy through the organisation
- To ensure explanation, acceptation, realization QMS rules into the plant
- To lead continuous improvement
- Has responsibility for external and internal communication, in case of a defect triggers 8D process
- To develop and organize the quality activities, plan and perform the required internal audits (process, product, system, as well as administrative processes), control and update the Quality system, assign the corrective actions in case of non-conformity, files the original basic documentation (Quality management manual, procedures and work instructions), develop the training plan in quality area,…
- Is responsible for deploying the quality tools, whatever the link with the other department (hierarchical or functional).
- To conduct the necessary actions to respect the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EMS requirements, planning and assuring their application, deploying the Quality tools
- To perform PPAP process
- Incoming quality inspection
- Guide and manage team of quality technicians in order to reach quality targets defined
- To ensure the monthly reporting the quality indicators
