Job Overview:
Your scope is situated on improving and developing the ecosystem of financial, marketing and operational data concerning online and offline Decathlon business. You are a key role to enable Decathlon to turn data into visual insights. Using data science, alerting visualization reports and self-service analytics, you will support our effort to develop the business performances of Decathlon in Slovakia. Your strong analytical skills will lead you to impact our strategy by offering efficient data visualization solutions and by sharing your own conviction about performances based on your own data analysis.

1/ ANALYZING PART
• Analyze the global customer behavior (online and offline), with a data-driven
interpretation.
• Define and monitor relevant KPIs.
• Create and present specific analytics according to team strategies for online
and offline business.
• Give recommendations, help the development of the teammates and the
performances.

2/ VISUALISATION PART
• Understand, know and keep track of the evolution of the different databases
of Decathlon and how to use them.
• Design and create required analysis and reports.
• Ensure data quality in the tools of relevant responsibility.
• Provide training for employees in the analytics tools to ensure their
autonomy.

3/ DATA PART
• Be proactive about the data availability. Propose investment, evolution in
order to have more data if need be.
• Contributes to the dissemination of a data-driven culture within the various
perimeters

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities :
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
• Knowledge about Data studio and/or Data viz tools (like Qlik for example)
• Data lake understanding and basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of SQL programming language (or ability to learn). Knowledge in
Python language is a +
• Affinity with numbers, business and IT tech
• Working thoroughly and autonomously
• Methodic and reliable
• Better than average written and spoken communication skills
• English language skills mandatory, French is a plus

Required education and experience :
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a
departmentally related field. Knowledge in statistics is a plus
• A minimum of two years of experience in E-Commerce or Analytics
