Your role
- Analysis, conception, consulting and implementation of IT and ALM processes with a focus on SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM
- Creation of strategy and concept papers for the implementation of ALM processes in the SAP environment in combination with other ITSM and ALM solutions
- Processing of innovative topics using the latest technologies (e.g. agile work, SAFe, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP HANA)
- Execution of structured interviews to understand the current processes at the customer
- Preparation and execution of customer workshops and training courses
- Management of project and sub-project
- Support of sales and presales activities
- Support of internal know-how transfer with workshops and seminars as well as onboarding and mentoring of new colleagues
Your skills
- Professional experience as a consultant or developer in the SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM environment
- Very good understanding of ALM processes and their definition and implementation according to ITIL
- Good know-how regarding SAP operations and SAP technology
- Knowledge of SAP Focused Build and the related functions is desirable
- Enjoyment of exciting tasks, analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving
- Independent way of working and responsibility
- Team spirit, flexibility and mobility
- Very good written and spoken German and English
