Order to Cash Specialist with German

Your role
- Support O2C team
- Order checking, processing and order fulfillment
- Entry and creation of orders in SAP
- Checking of hours entries, booking elements, preparation for month-end closing
- Worldwide 1st level support for project creation
- Identification of opportunities for process optimization in the order-to-cash area
- Training and knowledge transfer to colleagues who may be newly connected to SAP (subsidiaries)
Your skills
- Apprenticeship with relevant professional experiences in Accounting
- Basic technical and commercial knowledge
- Team player, good communication skills and good self-organization
- Experience with common IT programs e.g. MS Office, Outlook etc., Excel
- English and German fluent
- Logical thinking and a strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a team and structured, self-responsible, reliable way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay focused and level-headed even under high pressure
