Your role

Datavard in Bratislava is looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team! The HR BP aligns business objectives with employees and leadership in assigned departments within Datavard and is responsible for supporting those departments in a variety of ways, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. The scope of responsibilities and projects will range from daily operational to long-term strategic. At Datavard, HR BPs are trusted advisors that connect employees, leadership team, and board members. They are dedicated problem solvers with lots of business acumen who help engage our employees and push the business forward. HR BPs are effective change agents and efficient communicators – on all levels. They are champions of our culture and live our values everyday. As we are professionalizing our HR function, HR BPs are also essential in carrying out HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

Your tasks & responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR on all strategic initiatives
  • Develop strong trusting relationships with supported business functions and advise on all people related matters
  • Partner with leadership to build and develop talented intercultural teams
  • Advance talent management processes including performance appraisals, development plans, and succession planning
  • Proactively drive leadership development, coaching, and performance management
  • Analyze key HR metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and develop related action plans
  • Act as a culture champion communicating and collaborating according to our core values
  • Provide training for employees and leadership on HR topics as needed
  • Work on projects with HR team members and across teams
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Stay up-to-date on the newest trends, technologies, practices
  • Actively share knowledge and collaborate with HR team members to leverage expertise
  • Continuously improve HR practices and processes in collaboration with HR team

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources management,(international) management, business administration or related field
  • 2-3 years experience as a Human Resources Business Partner with knowledge in at least two of the following: talent management, leadership development, organizational development and change management, analytics, and labor law
  • Strong consultative, leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organisation
  • Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts in an international work environment
  • Creative and innovative as well as proactive and hands-on approach
  • Fluent in English
