The possible locations for this position: Denmark (Nordborg), Slovakia (Povazska Bystrica) or Poland (Grodzisk Mazowiecki).

Responsibilities:

• Close contact with key stakeholders from the business and corporate functions
• Build relationships with Shared Service Centers and Regional Finance Managers
• Drive performance of external shared service centers and legal compliance partner
• Deliver guidance and advice to the finance teams in complex issues within Q2C
• Address escalations related to process deficiencies
• Setting objectives for the account receivable
• Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies for accounting functions
• Support, train and maintain the business, globally and regionally to continuously improve processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting or Audit
• 4+ years of experience from working with optimization of finance processes from an international work environment
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Familiar with SAP
• Fluent English is a must
• Strong knowledge and experience within Q2C financial processes
• Excellent analytical skills along with ability to create and present detailed reports
• Strong quality mindset, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good networker into regions and various levels
• High level of drive and commitment, ability to challenge traditions
• Ability to differentiate situations and adapt communication in nearly all situations
