Job description, responsibilities and duties

Would you like to relocate to Prague or rather work from Slovakia in Zlate Moravce?
As the Customer Service Representative, you will interact by phone and email. You will be handling tickets in our CRM system and work in SAP. The main duties are communicating with customers and forwarders, supporting Customer Service Team with simple order related tasks. You can be slightly experienced candidate with a background from Customer Service or a junior candidate willing to learn and boost the carrier in a global corporate company.

• Providing professional support to our customers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Communicating with Forwarders and Colleagues in Czech and English language
• Ensuring a suitable solution of customer´s requirements
• Working in various systems
• In Salesforce ticketing system you will handle and distribute customer´s requirements. (Supporting Hungarian ticketing system as substitution during holidays – in case you speak Hungarian)
• You will use SAP system for checking availability, deliveries, prices, etc.
• You will support Customer Service colleagues with common tasks both in SAP and Salesforce – creating materials, customers’ accounts, uploading prices etc.
• Cooperating with other departments in our company

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and Advanced English (Intermediate if you are willing to improve)
• Confident communication abilities
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to adapt and learn new systems
• You are fast in understanding customer´s needs, respond in timely manner, communicate effectively, flexible, with good interpersonal skills
