Warehouse Manager - Workwear Division

For a warehouse of the textile rental service location Bratislava SK, we are looking for a warehouse manager with the following qualifications.

What will be your mission:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of all warehouse activities and processes, including production steps for finishing during outsourcing
• Human Resources Management; Creation of shift plans, vacation plans, etc.
• Management and appropriate control of material flows
• Responsibility for the stock of goods
• Carrying out inventories
• Implementation of quality assurance measures.
• Implementation and compliance with the current labor and environmental protection guidelines
• Definition of quality standards and generating opportunities for improvement
• Coordination of incoming goods
• Creation of delivery documents
• Control of order picking and installation orders
• Communication with the interfaces to disposition, customer service, laundry, service logistics, and quality management
• Qualifying personnel, leading them in a targeted manner and controlling them effectively
• Continuous improvement process of the processes
• Cooperation with international colleagues in the development of comprehensive processes

Our idea of you:

• High School/University degree
• Excellent Slovak and English, German is an advantage
• Previous experience in the management and development of employees
• Training as a specialist in warehouse logistics, preferably as a foreman.
• Computer skills- MS Office, ERP OR WMS solutions is an advantage
• Analytical thinking
• Visionary and open-minded, drive changes
• Team oriented, communication skills
