What will be your mission:

  • Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Actively participates in recruitment campaigns
  • Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • 3+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or HR coordinator role
  • Ability to partner and influence within a diverse organization to help drive business results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and courteous manner appropriate for the audience
  • Solutions-oriented professional who demonstrates curiosity and a desire to understand the ‘big picture’ when making decisions
  • Ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge organizational thinking
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • The ability of innovations and new processes set-up
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Active usage of business English and Hungarian language
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel,..)
