  • Define vison, strategy and principles for data management  
  • Define and maintain enterprise data governance framework, data model, data dictionaries and data technology roadmap   Participate in enterprise and group international KBC data initiatives  
  • Participation within team of enterprise architects and close cooperation with business users, analysts, developers and data governance team  
  • Active participation in bank strategic programs and projects mainly in area - analytics, reporting, data integration and operational data platforms  
  • Design and implement effective solutions and models to store and retrieve company data  
  • Recommend solutions and to improve new and existing database systems.   Define, maintain data patterns and principles  
  • Quality assurance for projects activities and outputs in data management areas 
  • Mapping the systems and interfaces used to manage data
  • Sets standards for data management
  • Analyzes current state and conceives desired future state (close the gap between current state and future goals).

Požiadavky na zamestnanca


  • Experience with building solutions that can be easily adopted by business users, and hence a design thinking approach is necessary
  • Experienced across all phases of data modeling, from conceptualization to database optimization 
  • Knowledge of SQL required, PL/SQL and perhaps database administration experiences advantage  
  • Experiences with SQL and NoSQL databases 
  • Experiences with some of the following technologies: Oracle, MS SQL, Power BI, Elastic stack, reporting technologies, JavaScript, RESTful services, BiZZdesign, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Powerdesigner...)  
  • Experience with enterprise projects with focus on: DWH, reporting, operational data store, data integrations or data replacement  
  • Banking industry knowledge is advantage  
  • Understanding system development life cycle; software project management approaches 
  • Analytical, Problem-Solving, effective communication, articulate, persuasive
