Business QA Analyst

We are looking for new colleagues from junior to senior level who will create new team of Business QA Analysts in our branch in Bratislava.

BQAs must possess an in-depth understanding of the business and functional requirements to prepare realistic test scenarios and test data to represent the context in which the system will be used and thus better assess how well it satisfies the business needs.

Job Description:
- Defines the project test plan, defining the type and level of tests required to ensure the quality and the congruity of the delivery with regard to what is requested by the business scenarios
- Defines user acceptance and regression test cases, executes them, documents problems in an issue log, and retests to ensure problems are resolved
- Executes exploratory testing, documents problems in an issue log, and retests to ensure problems are resolved
- Reviews and approves performance, project requirements, integration and system tests cases for feasibility and testability and discuss any necessary modifications
- Review Technical test cases, authored by the Technical Quality Assurance Analyst (TQA) to provide feedback and/or request necessary modifications
- Evaluate and assign Test Execution Priority to the Technical Test Cases
- Documents tests using proper methodology, tools and infrastructure so that they could be fully automated and repeatable in a standard way
- Proacively identifies, recommends and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of testing strategies.
- Operates in accordance with company security policies and guidelines, as well as using proper company established methodologies, tools and infrastructures;
- Support Automated Regression Testing efforts as defined
