YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Building relationships with candidates, conducting interviews and growing your network
• Sourcing new talent using the available tools
• Developing cooperation with current clients, acquiring new projects
• Acting as an expert, giving advice, sharing knowledge
• Cooperation with the team leader and country manager in the preparation of reports and analyses
• Participation in employer branding activities, supporting marketing campaigns and company events

YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:

• Experience with recruitment processes
• You can work independently (working on goals, reaching targets, KPIs) but you are also a team player
• Fast-paced work environment suits you
• Written and spoken English at least on B2 level
• Experience in delivering the results of your work in an organized manner
• Experience with conducting job interviews and writing job descriptions (industry does not matter)
• Willingness to learn and develop

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
