Customer Advisor with French

 Responsibilities:

• Processing of quality questionnaires from our customers
• Collection of needed information from various departments (Sales, Plant Quality, Supply chain etc.)
• Communication with customers in French
• Being a knowledge authority
• Creating a customized response package according to customers´ needs
• Maintain a database of answers to most frequent questions

Requirements:

• Active knowledge of English and French language
• Strong customer orientation
• Previous experience within international environment is welcome
• Proactive approach to work
• Interest in chemistry, product quality and health and safety is welcome
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
