Business Development Specialist - West Region of Slovakia

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finding new customers and developing existing customers according to the business plan in the West region of Slovakia
• Driving business opportunities and utilizing all available channels and supporting functions to secure maximum customer satisfaction
• Monitoring market and competition activities
• Planning and performing activities defined in the current business plan and transforming customers to increase market size
• Participating on regular business planning and revision processes
• Maintaining overdue invoices of your own customers
• Maintaining customer database
• Reporting - monthly reports, forecasts, travel expenses
• Actively participating on your own personal development
• Effectively using working tools (Mobile phone, Company car, Notebook, Software, Multifunctional printing device, Network access, Fuel card, Company Visa card)

YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMNETS:

• Fluent English - written and spoken                                  
• Technical education (University degree is welcomed but not necessary)
• 2 years + of relevant experience (active sales in field, focus on technical or industrial products)    
• Driving License type B                 
• Independent, self-managed, success-motivated
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability and willingness to work home-based and travel

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
