Lawyer / Partner

Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal services to a client establishing a new business in Austria
• Preparation and revision of rental contract agreements
• Participation on business meetings, negotiation of the rental contract terms
• Provide legal assistance and consultancy in terms of setting up a new corporate entity
• Consultancy regarding labour relations
• Help to set up and develop a new legal office in Austria
• Opportunity to become a managing partner

Requirements: 

• University degree in Law
• Membership in the Austrian Bar
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience after the Bar examination and the membership in the Austrian Bar
• Experience with civil and labour law (especially with the law of contract and the rental law)
• Native level of German language and Advanced level of English (C1)  

• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
