• Take responsibility for assigned positions in order to find the best talent for our clients
• Be responsible for candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process
• Actively search for the right talent via multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals and internal database
• Be focal point for our key clients and manage the mutual cooperation
• Build the network of potential candidates and personal brand on social media
• Provide market insight to our clients
• Participate in employer branding activities, supporting marketing campaigns and company events
