Business Consultant

Ihre Aufgaben:

• In Abstimmung mit der Entwicklung und externen Kunden gestalten Sie die Software Projekte mit und werden zur wesentlichen Schnittstelle zwische Teilprojektteams, Fachberatung, Entwicklung und Test
• Technischer und funktionaler Spezifikation über die Implementierung bis zum Software Testing
• Sie beraten und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Einführung, Anpassung und Produktion unseres Bestandsverwaltungssystems; Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst Beratung sowie Vorbereitung, Abstimmung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Kundenterminen
• Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die fachliche Integration, die Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen und die passgenaue Anbindung an Nachbarsysteme
• Sie erstellen Fachkonzepte und entwickeln detaillierte Vorgaben für das Customizing der Software an die Rahmenbedingungen und Nachbarsysteme unseres Kunden

Ihr Profil:

• Studienabschluss in Mathematik, Physik, Informatik, BWL oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Beratungs-und Projekterfahrung bei einer Lebensversicherung, einem Beratungsunternehmen oder als Business Consultant im Themenumfeld Geschäftsprozesse
• Eventuell 3 Jahre+ Erfahrung als Tester im Themenumfeld Geschäftsprozesse
• Prozessdenken und die Kreativität, gelebte Vorgehensweisen in Frage zu stellen
• Analytisch-methodisches und strukturiertes Denken, Organisationsfähigkeit
• Deutsche Sprache / C1 und Englische Sprache / B2
